Overview
TripSync is a product from
NewCo,
established in 2008 by experienced entrepreneurs and operators within the
travel and technology industry. TripSync aims to provide millions of travelers
and their businesses with unprecedented, end-to-end, travel management capabilities
through the development and growth of the TripSync application.

NewCo's management team consists of industry experts with a proven
track record of success from companies like Sabre, Prodigy, U.S.

Robert Kost | Chief Executive Officer
Robert Kost is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NewCo Inc,
the parent of TripSync. His background spans law, strategic consulting,
product development and business operations. Rob has hired and managed hundreds
of employees and realized 1000% of target on a $20 million P&L, has
provided trusted counsel and client service directly to some of the nation's
largest companies, and has overseen complex implementations of some of the
most sophisticated e-commerce applications. He holds both a B.A. and M.A.
in Philosophy, as well as a J.D.
Evan Newman | Chief Operating Officer
Evan Newman holds the COO designation for TripSync. In his current role,
his responsibilities include Product, Operations and Integration
Partnerships/Sales. In 2000, Evan invented PeopleTracker,
the travel industry's first Web-based, real-time crisis management
tool to assist global clients with security concerns. He brings with him
more than 20 years of experience within the travel industry.
Steven Adler | Chief Financial Officer
Steven Adler is CFO of NewCo and brings nearly 20 years experience
in finance, business development and strategic planning. Steven graduated
from Wharton, where he studied Information Technology, Negotiating,
Presentation Skills and Travel/Hotel Electronic Distribution.
Steven holds the following designations: licensed Certified Public Accountant, a
member of AICPA, EDP Auditors Association and an Associate Member of American
Bar Association. Steven is a mountain climber and triathalon athelete.
Jianzhou Zhang | Chief Information Officer
Jianzhou Zhang has 20 years of computer experience including hands-on Client/Server applications, software and web development. Jianzhou has experience in project management in Web development and in designing and creating e-commerce and e-business. Jianzhou worked at Merrill Lynch, US Interactive Inc, and New York University Medical Center. Grounded in both English and Chinese and aided in servicing high-level US, European, African and Asian businesses and political connections.
Mark Delano | Chief Technology Officer
Mark’s software development experience runs the gamut from deep industrial applications to state-of-the-art distributed Internet applications. As a global thinker, Mark’s projects have taken him around the world to 5 different continents without letting him forget his local roots as he served as an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College for more than 3 years. Mark has developed Internet Based Travel Booking Systems, an enterprise wide Radio Traffic System for commercial radio sales, Internet Radio streaming systems, integrated Sales Proposals Systems and complex engineering applications leading to the invention of 6 U. S. Patents.
Mark holds an MBA from Fordham University in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Manhattan College.
